The first time of working In Usa

I have been living in Usa since 2013. Arrived during a winter time with my two month daugther, I was unable of finding a job, and also I didn't like to work at the manifacturing. [[ Decide to work]] or [[ Not want work]]

After spending four month in USA without work, I decided to find a job because as you know, without work, you won't be able to suvive in USA. No body can help you for everything there.[[ Find a job]]

I would not want to leave my baby alone for the job. I was so hard for me to be separated from my baby for long time.In spite of all, I must find a job in oder to be able to cover my expensive. [[ Abandon my three month for the job]]

I was very challanging to get a better job in Champaign if you don't speak english.They had some warehousein champaign, but when I came, I was hard to be hired there.In that way, we should go at neighboring towns like Gibson city or Rantoul for finding a job. [[ Sould I work at Rantoul]] or [[ at Gibson city]]

I should find a place where my baby would go if I'm going to work. I fanally find a daycare where I used to dropped my baby while I'm not at home.[[ Heart broken]] .

I applied severe time at the manifacturing at Rantoul, but I was not been hired anymore. I was oblige to find another place for the job. [[ lose hope]]

My heart was broked when i relized that I'm going to be off of my little child.No mother can accept to give up his little baby (three month) during a long time. I was forced to leave my three month old baby for more than fiftheen hours of my absence to find a way to live.[[ Worry about the baby]]

I was wondering about the condition what the provider of the daycare should reserves to my daugther. I was even not sure if she going to take care her very well or not.[[ Better choice]] or [[ Bad decision]]

I did not have the power to dicide in front of this situation because I had a social contraint to find on the spot which obliged me to work on the one hand, on the other hand,looked how my chid suffers from my absence.[[ Insufficient salary]]

Decide working was a social contraint in spite of of condition of what my baby should have after me. [[ Worked reluctantly]]

Despite the sacrefice granted for this famous job,the salary of allowing me to cover all my expensive.[[ Unable to link two side of the month]]

I was in the process of working although I was not well prepared to wok. I first wanted to learn the english language to have a good job. This was a [[Nightmare for me]].

I was not pretty sure that I should get a job one day in Usa because my applications were always rejected by the employees.[[ Glimmer of hope ]]

I was not been prepare to star working when my sister drove me to applied for job at Gibson city. After completed my job application, I was suprise to be hired in the same day and should start the job.[[Nightmare for me]]

I was excited when my sister confirmed me that she is going to find for me a job despite everything [[ Find job at Gibson city]]

Gibson city is asmall town in ford county, Illinois. There was a manifacturing where the have made a dogs and cats food. I was was the only work plat that hired me the first time I applied for the job.[[ My first working day at Gibson city]]

I was my first time of working at the manifacturing and also the first time of working in the United State of Amecica. I was a teacher in my country before to come in the USA. I would be working with the the peoplle who was not qualified as me. [[ Work conditions]]

The work was so diffgicle for me and I wqas very stressed by the condition of work and the long absence away from my baby, I had no appetite. I was starting to lose weight as if I were sick. [[The job was not relaxed]]

This job was like a prison for me, because once inside I thaugth loosing my freedon and depend on this system.[[Asking for the bathoom]]

Before to go to the bathroom, we should ask a team leader line operator a permission and also depended on his mood. He should make sure that somebody else should cover you while you will go to the restroom. [[Decided to find another job]]

Swan special care was a bridge that prepare me to have certicate in this field and find an affordable and flexible job as caregiver. This job helps me to study while i'm working. It is the best choice I have ever made in my life.

I started working at Rockwell automation from 2014 to 2015 as packer. I was cruting by the Manpower which is a agency that the contract was for one years. After a year Rockwell did not keep me as a their employer. I sould find another job. [[ Manpower sent me at FSI]]

FSI is another werahouse in champaign where they made the cars filters. I worked there for three month beforeI find a new job by that time, as engage at Swan special Care. I worked there as a CNA during five years.[[End of story]]

I was not easy for my first day to work there becaause I was not really prepare to start the job that day. I should stay up during 10 hours of working, which is not common to me.[[ Should I quit the same day]] or [[ keep working]]

After three week spent at Gibson city I diced to find a job in champaign. Fortunately my sister who received me at Champaign helped me to find a job at champaign that was easy than the Gibson one.[[New job at champaign]]
